Use the following table for any problems or issues you are having with the address book in AKO Webmail:

I get the following error: “Unknown error (133)”. …………………….  “UNKNOWN ERROR (133)”
I can’t find someone in the AKO Directory even if I put the exact name in. …….  “YOUR SEARCH QUERY HAS EXCEEDED THE LIMIT”
“Your search query has exceeded the limit. Please try again.” ……………  “YOUR SEARCH QUERY HAS EXCEEDED THE LIMIT”
I can see my Address Book, but I can’t email anyone. ………………….  Contact the Helpdesk
I can’t add contacts to the address book, while in the address book or in an email. ..  “UNKNOWN ERROR (133)”
I do not see my Address Book after a name change. …………………..  Contact the Helpdesk
I’m unable to export my address book while using Internet Explorer 7. ………  UNABLE TO EXPORT ADDRESS BOOK
I do not see my personal address book. ………………………… I DON’T SEE MY PERSONAL ADDRESS BOOK
