Updating my AKO Security Questions

In the event the three security questions that were setup during initial registration of an AKO/DKO account are forgotten, or there is a need to update the security questions to something more current; the following steps will allow this to be completed.

Note: Depending on your account type you may need to use your CAC to update your security questions.

  1. Login to AKO/DKO
  2. Click My Account
  3. Select Security Questions

Once the new questions are selected and answered, click Submit.
