Reporting a broken link on AKO

Broken link on the login page or homepage

If the broken link is on the login page (also known as the splash page) or on the homepage (the first page you see when you log into AKO/DKO), please contact the AKO/DKO help desk.

Broken link on a page within AKO/DKO

If this link is located on any page other then the AKO/DKO login page or the homepage, you will have to contact the administration of that page. In order to do this:

  1. Go to the page with the broken link.
  2. Click on ‘Options’ on the upper right side of the page.
  3. Click on ‘Send Feedback’.
  4. Type in your message to the page administrators.

When reporting a broken link, include the link that is not working correctly and where you can find it on the page.
