Where can a user get assistance with Outlook Connector?
The AKO Outlook Connector allows you to use Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 or Outlook 2007 to more easily access and manage your AKO email. It connects your Outlook client with your AKO email, the AKO GAL, your AKO calendar and tasks, as well as to other AKO users’ calendars and tasks. So now whether you are at home, at work, or traveling, you can connect to AKO mail via Outlook and see the exact same mail resources.
You will need administrator access to the computer you are using to successfully download and install all the necessary executable files. If you do not have administrative access to your computer, you will need to contact your local IT support team.
