I receive “An error has occurred” when I try to log in

This message means that the revoke date for your account has passed and it is in the process of deactivating. If you believe this is an error you need to take the following action depending on your previous account status.

If you hold an unsponsored Full Account holder, please contact your appropriate personnel database source to verify your information is still being sent to our authoritative database source. Otherwise, if you no longer qualify for an unsponsored Full Account, you will need to locate a sponsor to have your account changed to a guest account.

If you are a sponsored Guest Account holder, please contact your sponsor to approve your account for further access through their sponsor management console.
