This error is usually seen on a government computer when someone tries to login to a computer that is part of a domain where his/her account has been deleted (or possibly never had an account). This is not the same as an AKO/DKO account, and is not specifically related to AKO/DKO.
Here are a few suggestions:
- Have another person login to the computer with their CAC and install the DoD Root Certificates. Please check WHAT IS THE DOD ROOT CERTIFICATE? for further information and how to install the DoD Root Certificates.
- Verify your network cable is plugged into your computer and try again.
- Check with your IT department to verify your computer is still on the network.
