“Every AKO/DKO page is different. There are far too many to visit them all. Sometimes you may encounter a page which has some content that you want to know more about. The Help Desk receives numerous comments and questions about various pages every day. Help Desk personnel may not always be the best source for an answer, particularly about specific page content. The Help Desk is available to address problems with accounts or portal functionality, but they cannot address questions about specific content that only the administrator of the page understands. If you have a question about a particular page, it’s best to go straight to the source.” (AKO Tip of the Week)
