Can I change the security settings for my folder after I’ve created it?
The security settings such as user changes requiring approval, discoverability, and how users gain access to a knowledge folder can be changed once you have created a folder. To do this:
- Log into AKO/DKO.
- Locate the folder you wish to update.
- Hover over the folder name.
- Click on ‘Administer Folder’.
- Click on ‘Access Rules’.
